Emotional Intelligence - Keynote

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

IQ and technical skills will only get us so far in life. Research shows that emotional intelligence has a far greater impact on our potential success than our IQ or technical skills. Self-awareness and self-regulation are the foundation to emotional intelligence. Since our brains are designed to protect and promote our perspective, emotional intelligence is something we all need to implicitly work at. During this session we will review brain/biology/emotion basics and crosswalk those tendencies to our “go to” behaviors. Participants will be able to identify some of their own tendencies and triggers that might increase the likelihood of an emotional hijack.
