Lifting Spirits 4 Life
Was born in Syracuse but made his home in Binghamton. Trent was the first person from New York State to receive a full scholarship to play football for the University of Alabama. Trent was a three year starter and a four year letterman, he was voted “Lifter of the Year,” while at the university. Trent Patterson played in many “big games” he played for a national championship in the Sugar Bowl against the University of Miami. He eventually came to Binghamton to play for the BC Jets and fell in love with the area and all that it offers. Trent then became a contestant on the TV reality show, The Biggest Loser. Following the completion of the show, he felt as though he could make a positive impact on those struggling with health issues. Trent Patterson then developed his Training for Life Systems where he propels people to better their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Trent conducts speeches on health and wellness and truly believes in the power of leading by example. Trent lives total and dimensional wellness every day.
